Located in Al Warsan, just 12 kilometres from Dubai International Airport, International City is a dramatic new complex that is destined to be a world-class hub for international investors, traders and retailers from around the world. The Residential District will be home to more than 60,000. The apartments units have the flexibility to be converted into 2-bedroom flats.

The Dragon Mart is spread across 50 hectares, 1.4km long. Home to more than 3,000 Chinese companies managed by Chinamex, it will be broken down into 20 commercial ares, 13 service areas, one office area and one business centre. It will be a 2-storey structure 18 metres in height, 220 in length and 210 metres in width.

Forbidden City is a replica of the biggest ancient building in China with an area of 240,000? sq m. This tourist attraction will accommodate residential and retail outlets among gardens, museums and performance courts.
